"I'm finishing early today," I said to someone. "'I'm off to enjoy the warm weather, as long as it lasts,"
"That's a bit pessimistic!" he said.
"I don't see it that way," I said. "I'm going to enjoy the sunshine as long as it lasts today. Tomorrow is another day!"
I ended up taking a long stroll by the canal and met some really interesting people.
If focusing on the present moment makes me a pessimist then I'm very happy to be a pessimist.
