From time to time I get severe muscle cramps either in my foot or my calf. It could be because I do a lot of walking. Over the years, I've dissolved them by reminding myself that I am love, relaxing or thinking them away.
Last night, I discovered another new way to dissolve a cramp.
While I was in bed, I could feel one foot wanting to seize up but I kept changing positions to ease the tension. Just as I was about to fall asleep, the cramp finally set in. I thought:
"I feel infinite love and gratitude for my foot for all the lovely walks we take together."
The cramp instantly dissolved.
Actually, I do feel infinite love and gratitude for my body for allowing me to express my love in physical form.
